Boleslaw Chrobry Square (Plac Bolesława Chrobrego) is the focal point of Bielsko-Biala. It was built in the nineteenth century, and soon - because of its convenient location - replaced the Old Town Square. The present form of the square is the result of the idea from the beginning of this century. The square is dominated by the Castle of the Sulkowski Dukes. The buildings around the square represent different architectural styles. The square has an area of 3600 square metres. In the east it is adjacent to busy 3 Maja Street and to the south to Wzgórze Street.
