The villa of the director of the Bismarck Iron Works in Chorzów Batory was built at the beginning of the last century, in the then fashionable Art Nouveau style. The builder of the edifice was Ignatz Gruenfeld, a well-known entrepreneur from Katowice. The building is surrounded by old trees. It has two storeys. The villa, built on a square plan, is adorned with rounded pediments, a loggia and a porch. Inside, there is a precious stained glass window made of Tiffany glass.
